Dec 10, 2021

The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the International Academy of Sciences, Ecology Engineering and Pedagogy of the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan have selected the BalkanMed project “Innovative Vocational Social Entrepreneurial Training” (INNOVENTER) as one of the best practices and the finest example of innovation in vocational education and training (VET).

The project is going to be presented to educators of Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine on Friday, December 10th, 2021, as part of their training on innovation and digitalization of VET education. Emphasis will be given to ECVET-compliant training courses on social entrepreneurship and the ways the project promotes social entrepreneurs’ competences and skills, highlighting the importance of integrating innovation into the learning process and at changing the mindset of educators towards innovative teaching.

The core idea of the INNOVENTER project is to establish VET oriented social entrepreneurship (SE) training for SME entrepreneurs so that they innovate themselves, while at the same time also engaging disadvantaged people as employees.
