The training “Development of Business Idea” (Module 2) was organized in Shengjin, Lezhe, in April 23^rd, 2021, with the participation of 25 entrepreneurs.

Module 2: DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS IDEAS

Topics treated in this module are as follows:

1. Entrepreneurship goals: goals should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time Bound)
Therefore, the main goals of a venture and entrepreneur, should be these:
1)   Decide clearly and precisely what you want to achieve with your enterprise.
2)   Set a specific goal for your successes, choosing a reasonable period of time, writing and fixing a date when you want to achieve your success.
3)   Make a to-do list to achieve your goals.
4)   Organize your list of priorities.
5)   Each day do something that leads you towards your big goals.
6)   By creating a venture, you should not assume that you have achieved everything and have not secured your future.
