Skills4MSEs Project – Summer workshops organized by KEPA

The project workshops of KEPA were held with great success, during the months June and July, while the joy of the participants was evident as they had the opportunity to attend live and to interact with the speakers as well as to exchange views with each other.
Specifically, three workshops were held in June and one in July, dedicated to the following topics with the following guest speakers:
June 23, 2021: “Professional Skills for an Export Expert”, Guest speaker: Spyros Ignatiadis, General Manager of SEVE- Mr. Ignatiadis highlighted the needs that Greek companies prioritize when looking for executives to strengthen their export orientation. Reference to EU policies on the skills agenda in vocational education and training was made.
June 28, 2021: “Building Agile Teams & Effective Businesses”, Guest Speaker: Dimitra Zervaki, EMBA, PMP, TTT-Business Coach, Project Manager, Adult Educator, Agronomist – Mrs. Zervaki highlighted the aspects of agile speed junkies and the ways to create horizontal agile teams and businesses in the BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) world / world we live in.
June 30, 2021: “Soft Skills & Strength-based Coaching”, Guest Speaker: Mary Spathari, Psychologist – Mrs. Spathari highlighted the 24 strengths of our character – according to Selingman & Peterson Theory – which can be cultivated by further enhancing our prominent positive elements but also improving what is not so strong, through a constant observation and application of them in our daily life (personal and professional).
July 14, 2021: “Retail Skills and Customer Needs”, Guest Speaker: Agni Pagouni, Head of microSTARS Office, KEPA – Center for Business & Cultural Development – Ms. Pagouni helped participants to familiarize with concepts such as the consumer purchasing process and the understanding of consumer behavior patterns.
The workshops were held in the premises of Thessaloniki Innovation Zone.
