HELIX Project - 2 Days International Capacity Building Workshop

Capacity-Building Workshop for umbrella organizations from the hospitality sector was held on 21 and 22nd of February in Varna, Bulgaria. More than 70 professionals and practitioners from hospitality clusters and associations, branch and umbrella organizations from Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Republic of North Macedonia attended the event while other more than 100 decided to follow its on-line live streaming.

All participants took active part in series of interactive discussions that followed the held lectures and presentations in topics from the wide range of the sustainability spectrum – accessible and responsible tourism, development of tourist destinations, digitalization and new software solutions for sustainable management of hotel and restaurants, etc.
