Skills4MSEs Project - 2nd Meeting

On January 23, 2020, the second “Skills4MSEs” project meeting took place in Tirana, at the headquarters of “FED Invest – SCA”, one of the project partners from Albania. The meeting was attended by representatives from all other partners, the Albanian Besa Capital Foundation from Albania, the Microfond Sofia Foundation from Bulgaria, the University of Macedonia – Department of Applied Informatics, Special Account for Research Funds from the University of Macedonia (ELKE) from Greece, as well as KEPA, as the lead partner of the project.

The agenda of the project meeting included issues, such as the exchange of best practices regarding procedures and deliverables, the results of the second half and the development of the project per partner. During the second part of the meeting, a representative of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the “Balkan-Mediterranean 2014-2020” Program was also present, in order to inform the project partners about the possibilities of modifying the physical and financial object based on its instructions and regulations.

Additionally, through an experiential approach to group work by using Lego blocks, she helped the participants to visualize their ideas, to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their organization, to evaluate possible opportunities and obstacles in their external environment, but also to understand complex concepts, such as innovation and EU objectives. And perhaps, most important of all, the participants were inspired by the use of LEGO, setting clear goals and outlining those strategies that will help them reach their goals.
