Skills4MSEs Project – Autumn workshops

The Skills4MSEs project welcomed Autumn with two workshops in the premises of Thessaloniki Innovation Zone. In particular, the following workshops were held:
September 27, 2021: “Resilience Skills for Entrepreneurs”, Guest Speaker: Chryssa Herkeletzi, EMCC & AC Certified Business Coach- Ms. Herkeletzis focused on resilience as a necessary resource for being able to achieve the viability, competitiveness and growth of his/her business and enjoy personal prosperity, despite adversity.
September 29, 2021: Techniques for Excellent Customer Service, Guest Speaker: Konstantinos Papachatzis, CEO, PROMOTION- Mr. Papachatzis highlighted the value of Customer Service and stressed that it is a seamless interactive process.
