BalkanMed INNOVA Project - Participation in the 11th Congress of Women’s Entrepreneurship of Adriatic and Ionian Area

BalkanMed INNOVA project was presented in the 11th Congress of Women’s Entrepreneurship of Adriatic and Ionian Area, on 16, 17 and 18 October 2019 held in Arta, Greece by the Laboratory of Knowledge and Intelligent Computing (KIC), of the University of Ioannina, Greek partner of the Project.

The number of people attending the conference was very large as they came from many countries and most of them were particularly interested in the actions and objectives of the BalkanMed INNOVA project. The team of KIC LAB informed the attendees for the free online courses of the Web-School for Entrepreneurial and lifelong learning that will be implemented within the framework of the project BalkanMed INNOVA. The attendees were also informed on the launching of the courses they were interested in. In addition, they were also informed that after the successful completion of the modules they will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Finally, an elaborative communication campaign was conducted for the financial support provided by the BalkanMed INNOVA project as an award for the most innovative business ideas.

Several attendees were motivated to register on the e-learning platform in order to take advantage and improve their knowledge & skills in the fields of:

2) Cultural Heritage and Tourism

3) Energy and Environment

4) Agribusiness

5) Entrepreneurship Culture and Business Ethics
