In October 2019 under the project TRANS-EDU-NET – “Transnational Educational Network for young people - new technologies and entrepreneurial thinking in the tourism industry” will be held 3 knowledge transfer trainings and 2 educational camps focused on the Transnational entrepreneurship in the field of tourism.

The initiatives are focused on young people from the Balkan peninsula between 16 and 30 years old, who are enrolled for education/vocational training in the field of tourism or similar industries. The aim is to encourage the entrepreneurial thinking and the acquisition of knowledge on sustainable development among young people, which in turn will lead to a more competitive business environment in the region.
The first three events are aimed at exchanging good practices and will take place in Kichevo (Republic of North Macedonia) on 14th October, in Vlora (Albania) on 20th October and in Thessaloniki (Greece) on 26th October. The transnational educational camps (EduCamps) will be in Vlora – 16th – 19th October and in Thessaloniki - 22nd – 25th October. The EduCamps will be attended by young people from Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Republic of North Macedonia.
The events are part of the initiatives under the transnational project TRANS-EDU-NET, whose Lead partner is National Tourism Cluster “Bulgarian Guide”, funded under the TCP INTERREG V-B Balkan-Mediterranean 2014-2020 Programme.
