Skills4MSEs Project - 3rd Meeting
Jun 23, 2020 Online
The third meeting among partners of “Skills4MSEs” Project was implemented digitally on June 23rd, 2020. Representatives of all project partners participated: Microfond Sofia Foundation from Bulgaria, Albanian Besa Capital Foundation and FED Invest – SCA from Albania, the University of Macedonia – Department of Applied Informatics, Special Account for Research Funds from the University of Macedonia (ELKE) from Greece, as well as KEPA, as the lead partner of the project.
The topics of the meeting referred to the exchange of best practices regarding procedures and deliverables, the results of the third half, as well as the development of the project per partner. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of the e-Learning platform, which, given the conditions we are all experiencing due to the sudden onset of the pandemic (covid19), is considered absolutely necessary.
In the rapidly changing business environment in which we operate, the needs of lifelong learning, especially digital learning are constantly increasing, while e-learning technologies are an important “tool” to meet such needs. The “Skills4MSEs” project is expected to meet a significant part of executives and entrepreneurs’ needs, as it will be an integrated cross-border learning structure with the provision of business development services and other online support tools for existing and potential small and micro enterprises, especially upon the following categories:
– Basic entrepreneurial skills
– Soft skills
– IT skills
